Why buy direct instead of from a big store?

Buying direct isn’t about chasing the lowest price — it’s about making a deliberate choice. When you order here, you support our authors directly, help keep independent publishing sustainable, and contribute to responsible printing practices.

Our printers use paper from FSC-certified sources, which means the forests are managed to protect biodiversity, water quality, and the rights of local and Indigenous communities. That’s something worth supporting.


How does it help authors to buy direct?

When you buy direct, authors are paid within hours or days — not months later. That keeps us creating and publishing new books. It also allows us to feature books in our store without competing against ads for other products.

Buying direct sustains a healthier publishing ecosystem. Thank you for being part of it.


When will my printed book arrive?

Shipping timeframes vary because we use independent couriers and national postal services where you live. Generally, though, here's a guideline:

For shipping in the UK: allow 3-4 days.

To US, CA, AU and other countries: it can take 10 business days (2 weeks) to reach you, especially for special editions of our titles. 

If you need the books sooner then please try your favourite supplier for standard editions. We'll communicate this again in our emails to buyers after you purchase.

 

If I buy an ebook, how do I read it? Or get it to my favorite device?

Once you purchase an ebook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the ebook, or you can send the ebook directly to your favorite device.

If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.

You can also find your ebooks in your Bookfunnel library at https://My.BookFunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase or download your books.

If you need help with getting the ebook to your device, just email: help@bookfunnel.com or check https://getbookfunnel.com/


If I buy an audiobook, how do I listen to it? Or get it to my favorite device? 

Once you purchase an audiobook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the audiobook.

They will also send you instructions for how to download and listen to your book in their app, or on another device.

If the email hasn’t arrived in 10 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.
